Thermostatic Mixing Valve

The thermostatic mixing valves are used in domestic hot water distribution system which mixes hot water with cold water to deliver tempered water to a desired temperature. These thermostatic mixing valves used in individual or multiple fixture applications. It is designed to assist in the prevention of scalding, which immediately shuts off the hot water flow in case of failure in the cold water supply at the inlet.

The valve delivers water at a temperature range 38-46ºC, thus reducing the chances of legionella bacteria growth in the water. A high quality thermostatic element that senses the outlet water temperature and adjusts to maintain a stable delivery temperature even under varying-flows and temperatures. Incorporates an integral filter screen on hot & cold water inlets to protect from foreign debris entering into the valve. Check valves features in both hot & cold water inlets to protect against cross flow of water at pressure differential. 9 Setting positions including Min. & Max. for preset temperatures corresponding with the temperature range 38-46ºC.
