Envotec E5200-10 Pilot Operated Pressure Reducing Control Valve reduces high upstream(Inlet) pressure to a pre-set lower and constant downstream(Outlet) pressure, regardless of fluctuating flow or varying upstream pressure. A hydraulic pressure regulating pilot drives the main valve. The pilot is able to detect upstream pressure values and modulates to keep preset pressure value and restored. When downstream pressure exceeds the pressure setting of the pressure regulating pilot, the main valve and pressure regulating pilot close drip-tight.
